Several Key Points in the Development of CNC Lathes
CNC lathes are a typical representative of mechatronics products produced by Cangzhou Mingyang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. These foreign products feature relatively advanced technologies and have achieved mass production. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the industrialization level of universal CNC lathes, enhance their cost performance and quality stability, and strive for a larger share of the domestic market.
Economic CNC lathes are a product of demand in a specific period. During the initial stage of the industrial heavy-industrialization phase in developing countries and the early development of CNC machine tools in Taiwan, economic CNC lathes boasted superior cost performance and lower equipment investment, making them a preferred choice for enterprises, especially private enterprises, in equipment selection for technological transformation.
Actively develop new types of high-speed, high-efficiency, high-precision, high-power and high-torque CNC lathes that are urgently needed by domestic industries such as automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, military industry and high-tech sectors, and fill the corresponding domestic gaps.
Adopt various measures to actively explore the domestic market for medium and high-end CNC lathes that have been successfully trial-produced by Cangzhou Mingyang. Achieve breakthroughs in key areas, continuously improve and optimize them in actual production and application by users, expand from point to area, and gradually gain recognition from users.
