Process Characteristics of Chucks for CNC Lathes
The chucks for CNC lathes feature high power, good rigidity, large precision reserve and long service life. They are ideal equipment for small and medium-sized enterprises processing various materials as well as for large-batch automated production, provided by Cangzhou Mingyang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. CNC lathe chucks are equipped with a variety of functional modules and components for users to choose from.Hydraulic chucks are important accessories for clamping workpieces during CNC turning. For general rotary parts, ordinary hydraulic chucks can be used; for parts whose clamping positions are non-cylindrical, special chucks are required; when machining parts directly from bar materials, collet chucks shall be adopted.
In addition, the following key points should be noted for the modification of hydraulic chucks for Mingyang CNC lathes:
The hydraulic chuck can realize normal clamping and releasing actions.
When the spindle is rotating, the releasing function of the hydraulic chuck must be disabled. In case of accidental power failure, the hydraulic chuck shall remain clamped; it shall also stay clamped even if the foot switch is stepped on by mistake, so as to prevent workpieces from flying out and causing personal injury.
The hydraulic tailstock is equipped with forward, backward and stop functions, featuring smooth and stable operation with adjustable speed.
No oil leakage or intermittent clamping shall occur during operation, which may damage workpieces and machine tools in the machining process.
No vibration of the whole machine shall be felt during high-speed spindle machining, so as not to affect machining accuracy.
During continuous operation of the hydraulic power unit, the oil temperature shall not exceed 50℃, with no oil leakage. No external dust or impurities shall fall into the oil tank to cause oil contamination.
After modification, the rotational machining accuracy of the machine spindle affected by the hydraulic chuck and hydraulic tailstock shall not be lower than the original factory manufacturing standard.
